In any contact with our support, enter your Software Serial number (Example: 19212080000) that you received on purchase. If you cannot find this, write your company name, date of purchase, number of license and what platform (Android, Windows iOS…).

 

If you have a valid Support Contract, support for Raptool products is included, not operating systems, non Raptool software, settings or hardware. If you do not have a valid support contract support will be billed by the hour.
