Quick guide
DOWNLOADING
The article list is downloading to a local database on the phone/device. May take 1 minute or less depending on the internet connection.
ARTICLE LIST
Select an article by pushing on the yellow field in the list containing the article number. You can sort the list by pushing the yellow table header. The app will jump to the scan screen where you enter quantity. Push the INFO button to get some more information. Push the Scan button to go to barcode scanning mode.
1. Scan the article number/barcode
1.1 Use a device with a hardware scanner (highly recommended).
1.2 Enter article number through the keyboard.
1.3 Pushing the small square in the barcode input field will start the camera to scan barcodes.
2. Enter the QTY
Below the Price Output is a list of the entered data.
Scanning & counting
PUSH HERE TO SCAN
counted list
Shows the counted articles that are in the device. Scroll by swiping up and down and sort by pushing the header. Delete a row by pushing the trash-bin.
Push Send/Clear to go to the screen where you upload the scanned articles to the system.
send in the list
Enter your email address and push enter. Your counted articles are uploaded to the server. They are also converted to a CSV-file that is emailed to you. The number is the unique inventory ID-number

Some information about the app. Buttons:
- Reload list - downloads the article list again
- Email - Send us an email
- Exit app - Exits and goes back to the Raptool Client main menu.

Simply upload/download a data-files like Excel, CSV, XML and work offline. Or do a full integration to your ERP online.
